I met up with Mahmoud today and we decided to do our interviews together, with Dawn.  Dawn was a very helpful person with this project because she has much knowledge on the hospital and the management aspect of the clinic. She told us about her managing style and how she evaluates the other nurses.  It's not just looking over the performance of the nurse, she actually pays attention to what they do in their down time, how they react to certain situations, and when they clock in and clock out. [D] Her style of management may seem strict but it's actually very laid back but direct.  She still maintains a good relationship with the other nurses and they respect her.  I wonder how Dawn accomplishes this, she is direct but very relaxed, and the two just seem like opposites to me. I'm probably going to pay more attention to Dawn from now on to see how she does her evaluations. [E]  Dr. E is very strict and is not relaxed at all, sometimes it seems as if he rules the office with his iron fist because when he says something they all must follow without opposing him.  This is the perfect chance for me to see how someone rules with fear while the other rules with respect.[A]
