Still at the Brookens location:
Susan asked me to look up Dec 2010 orders for her. I go into JANO and switch to the Circuit Clerk side, then I look up the case number, scan through the docket sheet, and determine what order they need/where the file might be located. I get through the list and start on looking for the files. I only found 3 of them before I had to leave, but the whole process went very smoothly and I am proud to say that I didn't ask for help once.
Respondent: the defendant
Sentencing Order: document stating the order motioned by the court
Order of Adjustment: the order of adjusting the respondents payments
Affidavit of Mailing: all notice requirements have been met
Uniform Order for Support: the two parties have equal responsibilities in the support order
