All I did today was work on my presentation thats due in April! It feels good to get that mostly done, but I had an awesome week! We are hiring for a janitorial positioin right now so I got to view over all the applications and pick 5 people for him and I to interview!! After a two day process of narrowing about 40 applications to 5, I was able to show Wade what I came up with. After he also looked through all the applications, he pretty much kept all the people I came up with, which made me feel good about the people I chose. After we agreed on these 5 people and the day we wanted to interview 6 people (Monday!!) I was able to call all the potential applicants in for an interview. I was scared for the first phone call, but like all my other phone calls, it's really not that big of a deal and I really enjoyed it! I was happy when Wade let me call the 6 people because they were pretty important calls, but he trusted me to make them and get the correct information to them. (I had to pick 5 people but we are interviewing 6 because someone came in that Wade wanted to interview, incase that got confusing!)
