3/3/11 The servers are down!

(F)Today was definitely a day full of anger and frustration, but for the first time it wasn't by me. The main problem that happened today was the skyward, and email was down. Before my day even started I knew that I would see the reason why and hopefully help the situation.(D) When I first got to the middle school Jeff was not in his office, I waited for about 10 or so minutes then realized that he might be in the server room. I was right, and I saw not only Jeff but, Jeff's' boss Chris and Denise. What Jeff did was unplug a server in order to make room for another that we installed the other day. A simple procedure that he has done before, but for some reason caused all this to happen. I didn't have a clue on how to help, so I mainly just sat down and watched. I felt very nervous just being around a lot of people that were angry because they couldn't find a solution. At the end of the day they didn't find one, at least until I left. (F)Pretty crazy day for me just because of the attitudes of people.
