I had a patient with bilateral ankle sprain. She started on a 3 minute jog, and then she did a single leg of plyo press (which is a name of a machine that we use to work on your leg.)3 sets of 10, standing hip which is also a machine what we use but it’s used to rotate your whole leg, 10 on both legs, and calf raises 2 sets of 10 (single leg and both legs together.) (D) I felt happy because I got to work with the patient kind of by myself! (F) I realized how to have fun. (By been active with the patients)(A)
