Just popped a question (3-17-11)

So today was a pretty relaxed day. I started off pulling files maybe like eight nothing I'm not use to. It's like a routine. I pull files and then i put engagement letters away and then i pull the files for tomorrow. After i was done with that i happen to get a really strange phone call from a woman i couldn't really understand so i jolted some notes down and asked Sharon when got back. Sharon said the woman had lost her husband in '03 and that she's gone crazy literally. It was quite funny the way she was telling me the story and she even had a name. The staff in the office call her Curt's' girlfriend because she ask for Curt and she use to be a client, but they won't do her taxes anymore. But after that conversation i put labels on envelopes to sent peoples tax forms out. It didn't take to much time. Sharon asked me if i didn't have anything to do if i would start copying tax papers and i asked her if i could interview her for the organization interview because i procrastinate. She said she'd love to and i was thrilled. Neil's been really busy so i couldn't interview him and Sharon has been with this firm since it has opened up so she knows the ropes around the place. I learned some really interesting things. I think I've gotten closer to Sharon. I've come to understand her a lot more. :) So the purpose of the interview is, it was an assignment Mrs. Sherrick gave us to do, but it allows you to understand the company you are interning at and the people within the place. You come to realize that the people around you help shape you and make you a better person.
