April 5: What a DISASTER :(

Today, I started working on my new project. It did not go as good as I thought. The first five calls I made two places said refused and the others asked me to call back. I was so dissapointed that I wanted to stop but I kept going. I found that there is a difference between thinking of something in your mind and saying it. I worked on the phope for two hours and the rest of the time I was trying to find next week's weekly events for the radio. I found out that more than 10,000 people have signed up for the marathon. I never thought that alot of people would pay to jog or run 27 miles and be excited about it. Well, I learned that patience is important in life and mostly being comprehensive. Being the one calling today made me realize how sometimes we treat other people doing their job badly on the phone because we are not happy with the product, the result, or even when the conversation is not making sense. This week so far has been an easy and rocky week but I hope that it will get better as the day goes on.
