Payroll!! (4-12-11)

Today was one of my typicals days. I started by pulling taxes for clients that brought in there tax infomation. Then i started pulling files for tomorrow. Then i noticed in the calender for thursday and friday and there wasn't any appointments. I was thinking wow what am i gonna do now. I normally have a routine and i'm gonna be doing something different after tax season is over. After i pulled the files i put the engagement letters away and put them in their binders. Then i put together taxes files to be put back into the cabinets and that was pretty fun. I learned something new. Then Claudia came up to the front and asked Sharon if she could take me for a little bit. We went to her office and she showed me how to do the payroll. It's pretty easy they use a program that does the wages and by it's self and all you have to do is put in the number of hours you work. It then gives you your paycheck. It's pretty cool. I was amazed by it and the fact that it was a really easy program. Today was awesome. You learn something new everyday.
