3/14/11

This day we had to add more exercises for the patient for when she’s home. So we did the same calf raises which is where your standing on your tippy toes and going from flat standing to on your tippy toes 5 sets of 15(D) I felt comfortable about doing different exercises with patients(F)I understand the purpose of stretching, which is a way to make your a lot more flexible so that you won’t be likely to injury yourself(A)
